The 350 posts are divided into two main specialist officer roles:

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must satisfy education, age and experience requirements as of 1 January 2026.
1. Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III)
Educational Qualification:
Full-time Graduation in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE-approved University/College.
Mandatory Certification:
Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, with preference for Forex/Trade Finance experience.
Age Limit: 25–35 years
Pay Scale: Approx. ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 basic (plus allowances).
2. Marketing Officer (Scale I)
Educational Qualification:
Full-time Graduation plus a 2-year MBA/PGDM/PGPM (with Marketing specialization) from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience (banking/financial sector preferred).
Age Limit: 22–30 years
Pay Scale: Approx. ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 basic (plus allowances).

- SC / ST / PwBD / Women: ₹175 (information charge)

Selection Process
The recruitment generally involves two main stages:
Online Exam:
- Multiple-choice question.
- No negative marking
- Covers specialist stream topics and general awareness.
Personal Interview:
- Candidates who clear the online exam are called for interview.
- Final selection is based on combined performance of the exam + interview.
